Our coaches and mentors work with teachers at schools to manage behaviour of young people:

  • Tracking system weekly - Achievements & Sanctions

  • Tracking behaviour - Aggressiveness towards staff or students, following instructions

  • Attendance & Timekeeping

​

Data concerning behaviour management is recorded so analysis and improvement can be made.

Parent Engagement

It is important for us to have a positive relationship with parents in order for progress to be optimised:

​

  • Discuss barriers in relationship

  • Home concerns

  • Parent Meetings (once per term)

​

Parent engagement stabilises our work.
